Changes and ideas for the EOL's forums

+Administration

• Have at least one Forum Administrator who can reply to forum-related technical questions within 24 hours.

+Moderation

• Have a report to administrator or moderator button under posts for spam, disrespectful, or disruptive posts.
• Have moderators on the forums.
• Assign moderators to specific forums but allow moderation on any publicly accessable forum.
• Have a moderators only section viewable only by moderators to discuss forum rules, features and other questionable issues.
• Allow moderators to have limited access (for security purposes) that disallow them to have any access to private information about other EOL members, Moderators and Administrators.

+Other

• Add a subforum devoted to identification of organisms. A user or guest provides a picture or discription and other members assist in identifying the organism.
• Provide alternate forum skins (suggested: black)
• Change forum from phpBB to SMF (can be done seamlessly)
• Include future language preferences for forum users that do not use English as their primary language.
