Species search

• Find species from descriptions (very ambitious). Make wizards to find determine species seen in the field.
• Provide capacity to filter species searches for geographic areas/jurisdictions/ecoregions
• Available search capacity via demographics
• Change the color of links to species pages in the search results for pages that are placeholders. This is present in the classification tree on the left.
• In the future, color code links in the search results based on athenticated information present on the page or unathenticated information.

Tree search

• A search function that can give the relation between two species, i.e. search on avocado and olive, and find out the specie (group) that they both belong to.

Word Search

• A simple Google/Yahoo -style search that lets you find articles based on words in the articles.
• Alternatively, you could put a "Google" search bar on the main page that would just perform like a site-modified search from Google.
